2026 National Student Employee Week Events at UC Berkeley
The Division of Student Affairs and the Supervisors of Student Employees community (which includes staff from Student Affairs, Equity & Inclusion, Undergraduate Education, and the Schools and Colleges), are organizing a series of events for National Student Employee Appreciation Week. See our schedule below.

Format: In-person/drop-in
Location: Berkeley Career Engagement, 2440 Bancroft Way, 3rd floor

Test your money knowledge and decision-making skills through activities like Game of Life, financial trivia, Price Is Right, and a hands-on Shopping Cart Challenge. Whether you’re estimating costs, making budget choices, or answering quick trivia questions, each game is designed to help you think critically about real-life financial decisions in a low-stress, engaging environment.

Creating a Spending Plan: This workshop will get you thinking about your relationship to money and your current money habits. You will also learn how to balance your income and expenses and ways to reduce costs in order to save money.
